Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking.

Pack the Items

Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
